You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.

Order not received
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 7 days of processing, please email email@example.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.
Free Standard Shipping Over $65
We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $65.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.
Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped from our US warehouse, taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
When ordering from bossygirlcosmetics.com the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or FPO & APO addresses.
If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been signed for at your Shop & Ship address. .
Refunds / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organize the return of your item quoting your order number. Returned items should be received within 30 days. The item will be refunded and not exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
If goods are damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to silk assignment, this may not constitute as damage.
For the return or exchange of Bossy Girl Cosmetics products purchased from any other authorized retailer please contact your retailer directly.
