"My friends would joke around with me and say I was bossy because of my “let’s get it done” personality. When I created the company, I thought “why not name it Bossy Girl Cosmetics”?! I felt the name could be relatable and fun. We have all known a “Bossy Girl” or two in our lives. A Bossy Girl controls her destiny. Nothing can hold her back from going after what she wants. The goal was to make consumers feel like we were a fun and empowering brand. Our name was incredibly unique when we first launched.,"
